Comparison

uKore vs Pipedrive: two different ways to solve CRM

Pipedrive is a closed CRM, and a very good one at what it does. uKore is a platform: uKCRM is the first app that runs on it, but you can reshape it without code or build your own from scratch. This isn't “uKore is better” — they're different things, and this comparison covers what we have and what we're still missing.

Who each one is for

Pipedrive: a CRM that's already built

A sales team that wants a working pipeline from day one, without touching anything underneath. Pipedrive has spent years polishing exactly that.

uKore: the platform where CRM is the first app

A team that wants the CRM and also wants to reshape it — change a form, add a calculated field, move a column on a board — without opening a support ticket. Or one that later wants to build a different app with the same building blocks.

Where Pipedrive still wins (today)

We say this plainly, because it's exactly what makes this comparison worth citing: today uKore doesn't have —

  • Built-in CRM email.
  • CSV data import and export.
  • Global search across entities.
  • Visual trigger → action automations (e.g. “if a deal moves to Won, send an email”).
  • A native mobile app — today it's a responsive web shell.
  • A broad ecosystem of third-party integrations.

If you need any of these right now, Pipedrive is the more mature option.

Where uKore changes the game

And this is what Pipedrive, by design, can't offer — because it isn't a platform:

Total no-code configurability

Forms, lists, columns, kanban boards, navigation, role permissions and actions — all edited from Studio, with immediate effect and nothing to deploy.

App Builder

Build an app from scratch: your own entities and fields, list/kanban/calendar/timeline views, forms and permissions — without writing a line of code.

Four generic views

Any entity, your own or installed, can be shown as a list, kanban board, calendar or timeline — not hardcoded for one specific case.

Advanced fields

Calculated fields that recompute in chain, auto-numbered fields, and cross-entity reference fields, available in any app you build.

Template updates with rollback

When we update an installed app, you can preview the change before applying it and roll it back if something doesn't fit — a capability closer to Salesforce Platform than to a closed CRM.

Real multi-tenancy

Isolation verified per organisation, with dedicated tests proving one organisation's data is never visible to another.

Native Spanish and English

The full interface is available in both languages from day one.
